Dear Parents,

In order to facilitate the readiness of the new Mead building for fall, we will be implementing some traffic changes for the remainder of this school year. The changes will allow the construction team to complete some timely work before this school year ends. These changes will take place beginning on Wednesday, May 15. The changes will impact bus drop off and pick up at school, parent and staff parking and daily parent drop off and pick up of students.

Please refer to the attached map to better understand the changes ahead!

Please note the change for residency verification. You must provide two of the items listed below:

  • Government Mail (Examples include: car registration, Good to Go! bill or letter; letter from Social Security, immigration, unemployment, DMV; Change of Address form; election ballot.
  • Mortgage statement or homeowner's insurance policy declaration or property tax statement
  • Unexpired lease/rental agreement (must be signed by both parties and include the contact information for the lessor/landlord.
  • Utility bill dated within the last 2 months  Accepted utilities include water, sewer, gas, electricity, or garbage; the mailing and service address must be the residence address.  (Cable, internet and phone bills are not accepted)

Each bullet counts as one item.  All addresses on the documents must include the parent/guardian's name and match the address of your residence.  Please bring original documents.

Schools also require the following to register:

Proof of birth date, such as a birth certificate or passport.

Records of Immunization- Bring proof of immunization from your family physician or a local health department.  The parent or guardian then transfers this information to a certificate of immunization and signs the certificate to verify its accuracy.

To start kindergarten in September 2019, your child must be five years old on or before August 31, 2019.

If your child has a life-threatening health condition, specific requirements must be met before your child can attend school.
