March is Music in Our Schools Month. As we celebrate this observance, the Eastlake High School choir welcomed choirs from Alcott, Blackwell, Mead, Smith, McAuliffe and Carson Elementary.

Margaret Mead Elementary School held a surprise assembly to honor Principal Sandy Klein who is retiring after 14 years leading the school.

Twenty-five students were recognized for their artwork in many categories during this year’s Washington State PTA (WSPTA) Reflections contest.
